When my husband (Combat Vet. Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom) and I first heard about Atlas we were skeptical; just as I’m sure many of you will be. After all, the Military doesn’t help with Trust. We were disheartened and at our wits end with year after year of no increase in his disability rating. Remember this name guys. Anna Fendley. She was my consultant on a disability increase for a service connected disability I was awarded back in 2003. After countless appeals I wanting to give up I found this group on a business card on my VA shrink desk. I didn’t have much hope for any increase and not a lot of cash to hire them. It’s the best thing I ever did and should have done twenty years ago. I constantly had fear of being fired from work for my PTSD and loosing my job and livelihood. Ashley did a great job helping me honestly articulate my injuries to the doc. As an aviator we sometimes have a culture of hiding our injuries in order to keep flying but her honest and straight forward approach helped ease my apprehension when it came to talking to the medical professionals. I never once felt pressured to embellish or say something other than the truth. If you want a great coach to help you articulate your conditions effectively then Ashley is your gal. Kyle and his team have been an amazing help to me and my family. I didn’t think it was going to be possible to increase my rating, but they helped me understand the reasons why I should try.
