For years, I had been working with the VA and DAV to increase my disability rating. I contacted Atlas after a friend recommended it to me. I went in expecting nothing. They explained to me after hearing my symptoms just how bad I was being taken care of through the rating system. They explained to me what I should be rated and why. They lead the way and I did it hat I could. It was by no means an easy task. To be honest, I gave up but they stuck it out for me and kept my hopes up and fought for me. In the end, they delivered what they promised. I’m telling you right now, you’re getting your moneys worth with these people. Kyle and the crew had my back and never gave up on me long after I gave up on myself.

I contacted Atlas Benefit Consulting after my own failed attempt at increasing the rating of one of my service connected disabilities. Remember this name guys. Anna Fendley. She was my consultant on a disability increase for a service connected disability I was awarded back in 2003. I thought there was no chance the VA would increase my benefits after 19 years but Anna was optimistic and went above and beyond to help me. She gave me all the information I needed to submit my DBQ’s and continued to check in with me to make sure everything was going good. The increase I received was substantial and will help my family and I for the rest of my life. Don’t hesitate to contact Anna at Atlas. I wish I would have done it years ago. Although communication was good, my process seemed rushed. Changes in my medical conditions occurred during my process, and I was told my paperwork didn’t need to be changed. Some mistakes were made on my paperwork, and was told it should be good to go. I was led to believe I would be rated a certain percentage after VA review, and received half of what I was expecting. Reading through the VA letter, they maintained my original disability rating on 2 of my 3 claims filed with Be Vet Strong. These were the same medical conditions that had physical changes or errors on my documents. Unfortunately I am not satisfied, and cannot recommend. Talk to your local Veteran Services Office, and save the $3,000 fee!

I was nervous to try to get an increase on some things for fear the VA could reduce my compensation.
Atlas really cared about my outcome and took a deep dive into all my disability ratings, discussed in detail with me how my health was currently, and came up with a plan to help.
It took less than 5 months from 1st phone call from me until I received the VA decision.

When my husband (Combat Vet. Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom) and I first heard about Atlas we were skeptical; just as I’m sure many of you will be. After all, the Military doesn’t help with Trust. We were disheartened and at our wits end with year after year of no increase in his disability rating. After countless appeals I wanting to give up I found this group on a business card on my VA shrink desk. I didn’t have much hope for any increase and not a lot of cash to hire them. It’s the best thing I ever did and should have done twenty years ago. I constantly had fear of being fired from work for my PTSD and loosing my job and livelihood. After my increase I dont have that fear. If it happens and I’m let go I have a safety net. I urge you to hire them. They are on your side from the beginning.
