What strengths do you bring to the team?

-I have been through this process and I can bring reassurance to other veterans. I can use my story to relate to them. I have lived the military life and I have also transitioned into civilian life. Both have their difficulties, but the VA is the common denominator with all of us vets. I can give them the opportunity to change the opinions of the VA on their ratings.
