Although communication was good, my process seemed rushed. Changes in my medical conditions occurred during my process, and I was told my paperwork didn’t need to be changed. Some mistakes were made on my paperwork, and was told it should be good to go. I was led to believe I would be rated a certain percentage after VA review, and received half of what I was expecting. Reading through the VA letter, they maintained my original disability rating on 2 of my 3 claims filed with Be Vet Strong. These were the same medical conditions that had physical changes or errors on my documents. Unfortunately I am not satisfied, and cannot recommend. Talk to your local Veteran Services Office, and save the $3,000 fee!
